1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts, Roles, and Access

Some features may depend on your account type (buyer, seller, broker, agency, admin) and your permissions. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep credentials secure
• Promptly notify us of unauthorized access

3. Listings, Transactions, and Platform Role

BizBizSell provides technology and marketplace tools. We do not:

• Verify every listing detail
• Guarantee accuracy, availability, or results
• Act as an agent, broker, escrow, lender, or advisor

Any transaction is solely between users and/or their representatives.

4. User Content + Marketplace Visibility

A. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for User Content and for ensuring you have the rights to upload it.

B. License

You grant BizBizSell a global, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and adapt User Content for operation, promotion, and improvement of the Services.

C. Removal and Moderation

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, impacts platform integrity, or creates legal or safety risk.

5. Integrity, Quality Controls, and Misuse

To protect users and maintain marketplace quality, you agree not to:

• Post misleading listings, manipulate activity, or misrepresent facts
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Harvest data or attempt to scrape content without permission
• Use messaging tools for spam, harassment, or solicitation unrelated to legitimate deal activity

6. Communications and Notices

You consent to receive operational communications (account notices, confirmations, security alerts). You may opt out of marketing messages, but not essential service notifications.

7. Paid Features (If Offered)

If you subscribe or pay for Services:

• You authorize charges via the payment method provided
• Fees are billed as described at checkout or in your plan
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise

8. Intellectual Property

BizBizSell owns the Services, including software, design, logos, and non-user content, except where otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

9. Confidentiality and Sensitive Information

You should not upload sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or private data unless you have authorization and it is necessary for legitimate deal activity. You are responsible for what you share.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, buyers are qualified, or transactions will close. Use appropriate professional advisors for legal, financial, and tax matters.

13. Governing Law; Courts

California law governs these Terms. Venue for disputes is Contra Costa County, California.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or for legal/compliance reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting an updated version and revising the Effective Date. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
